Forrest A. Travirca III is the Founder/Investigator/Owner of FETI & Associates. He is a retired Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Enforcement Sgt. Forrest received his law enforcement training from the Louisiana State Police Academy, and the Florida Marine Patrol Academy. In addition Forrest graduated from Federal Law Enforcement Criminal Investigator Academy, Federal Law Enforcement Marine Enforcement Academy, as well as Federal Law Enforcement Special Agent Academy. He is married to Eleanor L. Travirca since 1965 and has three grown sons, Allen, Sr., Forrest IV, and Timothy (Timmy). He also has two grandsons, Allen, Jr. and Ethan Thomas,and two granddaughters, Shelbi Lee and Emma Marie.
He served six years in the Navy during the Viet Nam era and is a very active member of the American Legion, having served as Department Commander for the State of Louisiana for 2006/2007. Forrest is licensed by the State Board of Private Investigators as a Private Investigator. He is also a Commissioned Notary Public.
